Job Description

As an Account Director, you will be responsible for renewals and stakeholder management, driving renewal, creating expansion and MRR Raise opportunities, and managing high-level stakeholders. You will work in coordination with Customer Success Managers and be the primary contact of the executives.

Responsibilities

  • Own a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Identify upsell and cross sell opportunities
  • Proactively own renewals
  • Succeed in a team selling environment
  • Consistently forecast performance
  • Negotiate deals and contracts
  • Participate in meetings with key stakeholders
  • Discover strategic needs and set goals with customers
  • Analyze stakeholder mapping and set strategy
  • Take ownership of renewal success
  • Ensure Customer Success realization
  • Achieve customer advocacy goals
  • Monitor market trends and industry analysis

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Sales
  • Proven oral and written communication abilities
  • Proven track record of using sales skills
  • Self-motivated and tech-savvy
  • Passion for testing and improving outreach
  • Strong communication skills
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Strategic thinker with project and time management skills
  • Experience negotiating contracts
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
