Job Description

The Customer Marketing Manager will design and execute programs to inspire, educate, and engage customers, driving retention and advocacy. This role involves collaborating with Customer Success to create resources, launching scalable programs, and tracking key metrics to improve adoption, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaigns to increase adoption and retention
  • Partner with Customer Success to develop content and resources
  • Launch scalable customer programs
  • Build materials to support CSMs and customer self-service
  • Track the impact of initiatives through key metrics

Requirements

  • 4+ years’ experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing
  • Proven ability to influence customer behavior
  • Strong storytelling and writing skills
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally
  • Analytical mindset
