Job Description

The Associate Print Manager will manage the correspondence book production for Colibri’s healthcare professions, collaborating with various teams and vendors to ensure high-quality and accurate work on schedule. This role offers a growth opportunity for a conscientious, organized, and proactive individual to lead the fast-growing Healthcare content library production operation.

Responsibilities

  • Management of the Healthcare correspondence book process
  • Oversee utilization of the project management tool
  • Communication with vendors regarding print schedules
  • Review of correspondence books for accuracy
  • Works closely with the Sr. Director, Operations
  • Assist Graphic Designers with course setup
  • Review and resolve student inquiries
  • Work closely with Customer Service
  • Process invoices from print vendors
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure GTM Plans are delivered
  • Cross train with the team
  • Seek out areas for process improvement and quality assurance
  • Serve as a leader for other colleagues and take on special projects

Requirements

  • 3+ years in project management, content production, editorial, accreditation, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with project management software
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Process-oriented thinker with a track record of seeking process improvement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Track record of approaching projects with ownership
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
