Job Description

Robinhood is seeking an Internal Audit Intern to join their team and contribute to ensuring the integrity and efficiency of their operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in auditing processes, risk management, and compliance, working on projects that support the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform audit tests of controls
• Develop methodology and script templates for data analysis
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate on process improvements and risk mitigation
• Interact with business teams to resolve problems and make recommendations
• Collaborate with Internal Audit team members

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Graduating in Summer 2027 or Winter 2026
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Interest in financial services and internal auditing
