Job Description

ClickHouse is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their global Support Engineering team, providing excellent service to customers in North America. This customer-facing role involves triaging tickets, community support, pre/post-sales assistance, and suggesting improvements to support processes. The ideal candidate will be ready to handle a variety of tasks and contribute to a rapidly growing user base.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and guiding users, customers, and prospects
  • Developing solutions for documentation and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborating with internal teams to define functionality
  • Mentoring, training, and sharing knowledge
  • Delivering excellent customer service within SLAs
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and partners

Requirements

  • Technical expertise in ClickHouse or related domains (SQL databases, OLAP, cloud-native SaaS)
  • Previous technical experience in Support, Consulting, DBA, SRE, Solutions Engineering, or Software Engineering
  • Availability for 24x7 support in a global environment
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Teamwork, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven and eager to learn
