Job Description

xAI is seeking a Construction Supervisor to oversee the execution of concrete and underground construction for a state-of-the-art data center in Memphis. The role involves leading teams, managing contractors, and ensuring infrastructure meets the demands of a high-performance AI facility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee concrete pouring, forming, and finishing, and underground utility installations
• Manage and schedule contractors and crews
• Ensure contractor adherence to scope of work
• Monitor construction progress and maintain logs
• Develop and enforce construction schedules
• Enforce xAI’s safety program
• Lead, train, and supervise foremen and crews
• Resolve on-site issues
• Conduct site inspections
• Prepare and present progress reports

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing construction teams with concrete and underground utilities focus
• 5+ years of experience in concrete and underground infrastructure for large-scale projects
• High school diploma or equivalency
