xAI is seeking a skilled engineer to lead the development and improvement of article generation pipelines for their AI-powered knowledge platform, Grokipedia. The role focuses on leveraging LLMs to generate, maintain, and update high-quality, factual articles with a strong emphasis on epistemics to ensure truthfulness and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop article rewrite pipelines using LLM agents
• Develop prompting strategies and synthetic data generation methods
• Incorporate user edit suggestions into inference pipelines
• Build systems to automatically update articles
• Experiment with epistemics-focused techniques
• Collaborate on scalable infrastructure

Requirements

• Strong engineering background with expertise in LLMs, agentic systems, and epistemics
• Experience in prompting engineering and synthetic data creation
• Proficiency in building and optimizing inference pipelines
• Familiarity with techniques for ensuring factual accuracy
• Hands-on work with large-scale data processing
• Experience in content platforms or AI-driven knowledge management tools (preferred)
