xAI is seeking a highly motivated engineer to build Computer Use Agents capable of automating processes, building and testing software, and performing long-horizon tasks. The role involves building infrastructure for data collection and evaluation suites to measure agent performance.

Responsibilities

• Build Computer Use Agents for automation
• Build infrastructure for data and environments
• Develop evaluation suites for performance measurement

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Hands-on experience
• Strong prioritization skills
• Experience with developer tooling (preferred)
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker (preferred)
• Expertise in automating interactions within runtime environments (preferred)
