Job Description

Suger is seeking a hands-on BDR Manager to build, coach, and operationalize a high-performing team focused on generating qualified pipeline through outbound efforts. The role involves owning the strategy, process, and performance of the BDR team, collaborating with various departments, and implementing systems to increase SQL volume and pipeline quality.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor BDRs
  • Run 1:1s, call reviews, and skill development programs
  • Own SQL, pipeline, and activity targets
  • Optimize call scripts and messaging
  • Implement scalable workflows in sales tools
  • Define and refine qualification criteria
  • Build performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with AEs, Product Marketing, and Partnerships

Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of BDR/SDR experience with 1–2 years managing a team
  • Experience leading outbound teams in SaaS environments
  • Understanding of outbound messaging and sales funnel dynamics
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach/Salesloft
  • Strong coaching skills
  • Analytical mindset
