The Director of Product will shape the product strategy to deliver exceptional software experiences for customers globally, driving innovation and optimizing revenue growth. This role requires expertise in product design, customer experience, and leadership, reporting directly to the President.

Requirements

• 6+ years of leadership experience in product management
• Proven track record in high-growth e-commerce or B2B SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Deep expertise in customer experience and UX design
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in subscription-based revenue models
• Experience leading remote product teams
