Job Description

PartySlate is seeking a strategic Business Development Manager to lead outbound sales initiatives and build a high-performing team. This role involves developing and implementing outbound strategies, leading a team of Business Development Representatives, and contributing to the company's revenue growth within the events industry.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide coaching
  • Track and analyze team KPIs
  • Foster a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement training programs
  • Design and optimize outbound prospecting strategies
  • Develop targeted account lists
  • Create outbound messaging
  • Partner with Marketing for demand generation
  • Align outbound efforts with sales strategy
  • Ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams
  • Participate in strategic planning

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in business development or sales development
  • 1+ years of experience leading SDR/BDR teams
  • Proven track record of meeting quotas
  • Experience building outbound sales strategies
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM
