Job Description

The Senior Account Executive will sell memberships to event professionals and venues, focusing on new business development, pipeline management, and exceeding sales targets in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close memberships with event professionals and venues
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Execute cold outreach and follow-up strategies
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings
  • Represent PartySlate at networking events
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for onboarding
  • Stay informed about industry trends

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of sales experience with quota achievement
  • Marketplace or event sales experience preferred
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships
  • Skilled in conducting meetings
  • Understanding of sales process and pipeline management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Self-motivated and proactive
