Job Description

Mento is seeking experienced Chief Legal Officers or General Counsels with a passion for coaching and developing others. As a coach, you will provide 1:1 guidance to members, helping them achieve their career goals and thrive in their roles. All coaches participate in an ICF-certified training program to master Mento’s coaching methodology.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members
• Participate in ongoing training
• Communicate with members between sessions
• Share coaching tools and insights
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy

Requirements

• 20+ years experience as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or senior legal executive
• Experience leading legal teams in technology or tech-adjacent industries
• Leadership and coaching experience
• High emotional IQ and self-awareness
• Growth mindset
• Comfortable in a startup environment
• Dedicate 12+ hours per month for 24+ months
