Job Description

Mento is seeking senior leaders in customer success/experience to become 1:1 coaches for members, helping them achieve goals, improve leadership, and find fulfillment. Coaches will participate in an ICF-certified training program to master Mento’s coaching methodology and utilize proprietary tools.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 coaching via virtual sessions
  • Participate in ongoing training
  • Communicate with members between sessions
  • Share coaching tools and insights
  • Act with kindness, respect, and empathy

Requirements

  • 20+ years experience in customer success/experience leadership
  • Experience managing teams and coaching individuals
  • High emotional IQ and self-awareness
  • Growth mindset
  • Comfortable in a startup environment
  • Dedicate 12+ hours per month for 24+ months
  • Based in North America or Europe
