Mento is seeking senior software engineering leaders to become coaches, providing 1:1 guidance to members on goal setting, leadership, communication, and career fulfillment. Coaches will participate in an ICF-certified training program and utilize Mento's platform and tools to deliver virtual coaching sessions.
