Mento is seeking senior HR leaders to become 1:1 coaches for their members, helping them achieve goals, improve leadership skills, and find fulfillment in their careers. Coaches will participate in an ICF-certified training program and utilize Mento’s platform and tools. This is a contract position focused on coaching, community engagement, and continuous skill development.
