Job Description

Mento is seeking experienced sales leaders to become coaches, providing 1:1 guidance to members on goal setting, leadership, communication, and career fulfillment. Coaches will participate in an ICF-certified training program to master Mento’s coaching methodology and utilize proprietary tools. This role focuses on empowering individuals to thrive in their careers and lives.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to members
• Participate in ongoing training
• Communicate with members between sessions
• Share coaching tools and insights
• Act with kindness, respect, and empathy

Requirements

• 20+ years experience as a director, VP, or senior sales leader
• Experience managing and coaching sales teams
• Passion for helping others advance their careers
• High emotional IQ and self-awareness
• Growth mindset
• Comfortable in a startup environment
• Dedicate 12+ hours per month for 24+ months
• Based in North America or Europe
