Job Description

Mento is seeking a strategic operator to manage the lifecycle of their coaching community and drive operational excellence across the coaching team. This role involves building relationships with contract coaches, supporting their journey, and implementing initiatives to enhance coach and member experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary contact for coach inquiries
  • Maintain and develop coach community resources
  • Communicate strategic information to coaches
  • Manage coach onboarding, offboarding, and transitions
  • Coordinate training schedules
  • Design and implement scalable processes
  • Oversee recruiting operations and candidate pipeline
  • Interview candidates
  • Develop scalable training formats
  • Monitor coach performance metrics
  • Use data to inform strategic decisions
  • Implement feedback loops
  • Drive the coaching business forward
  • Improve coach experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in operations management, leadership development, or talent recruiting
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Experience building relationships
  • Startup experience preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills
