Mento is seeking a Marketplace Operations Lead to transform their member-coach matching process into a scalable, AI-powered system. This 0-1 role involves productizing the current operation, optimizing the member journey, and leveraging data to improve marketplace KPIs while maintaining high satisfaction. The role will start with hands-on execution and evolve towards continuous improvement through data analysis and systems design.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for member-coach matching
• Optimize the full member journey
• Own marketplace KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Establish metrics and reporting frameworks
• Lead with an AI experimentation mindset
• Develop forecasting models
• Maintain knowledge of member personas and coach roster
• Partner cross-functionally to identify process improvements

Requirements

• Energized by 0-1 challenges
• Thrive in ambiguity
• Deeply analytical with data tools (SQL, Excel)
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills
• 3+ years in talent acquisition, recruiting operations, or marketplace operations preferred
• Proven track record optimizing matching systems preferred
• Project management and process improvement experience preferred
• Comfort with AI tools, CRM systems, workflow automation platforms, and scheduling tools preferred
