Job Description

Neuron7 is seeking a Customer Success Director to be the primary contact for customers implementing their AI-powered Resolution Intelligence products. This role involves collaborating with various internal teams and customer leadership to ensure successful onboarding, integration, and realization of ROI from the product.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and CRM integration
  • Collaborate with engineering and PM teams
  • Define ROI metrics and KPIs
  • Provide solutions to customer service challenges
  • Develop long-term customer relationships
  • Showcase AI/NLP product demos
  • Develop training content and mentor team members

Requirements

  • Proven CSM experience with SaaS products, preferably in AI
  • 5-8 years’ experience in enterprise-level program management
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills
  • Experience managing globally distributed teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Business Management
  • Experience with CRM implementations (SFDC, ServiceNow, etc.)
