Job Description

The Senior Director of Revenue Marketing will lead Neuron7's enterprise pipeline engine, converting account-based experiences and demand generation programs into a unified system. This role focuses on target account identification, qualified opportunity creation, and full accountability for marketing-sourced pipeline, owning pipeline outcome through intent-driven targeting and personalized content.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute target account programs
  • Build dynamic target account frameworks
  • Create feedback loops between marketing and BDR
  • Establish account progression models
  • Measure campaign effectiveness
  • Manage a Field Marketing Manager
  • Hire and manage AI agents
  • Partner with Revops on tech stack
  • Serve as marketing liaison to Sales Leadership
  • Develop revenue marketing strategies and forecasts

Requirements

  • 7-12+ years in B2B marketing with 3+ years in leadership
  • Proven track record owning pipeline goals
  • Deep expertise in account-based marketing
  • Experience managing/partnering with SDR/BDR teams
  • Success at high-growth companies ($10M-$100M ARR)
