JumpCloud is seeking a Security Engineer for the DevSecOps team to build and maintain infrastructure, software, and automation for monitoring and mitigating attacks and vulnerabilities. The role involves designing and developing security solutions for cloud-deployed data and infrastructure, collaborating with other security functions, and ensuring the integrity and safety of JumpCloud products and users.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain security infrastructure
• Create policy enforcement automation
• Set up data ingestion for security tooling
• Perform threat model reviews
• Provide secure software design guidance

Requirements

• 2-3 years of security engineering experience
• Proficient in Golang or Python
• Experience with AWS or GCP
• Experience with Terraform
• Experience with GitHub Actions
• Strong communication skills
