Job Description

JMA is seeking a Vice President of RF Engineering to lead a team and drive the research and development of cutting-edge antenna architectures. This role involves managing projects, ensuring design quality, and supporting sales efforts, with a focus on 5G technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of design engineers
• Manage research and development of antenna architectures
• Technically drive antenna product projects
• Maintain design and measurement records
• Employ RF simulation tools
• Develop and lead RF engineers
• Provide sales support
• Some travel expected

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's or PhD preferred)
• 10-15 years of RF experience in the wireless industry
• Experience in antenna design for various applications
• 5+ years of employee management experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong RF and antenna theory understanding
• Capability in antenna electromagnetic modeling tools
• Programming capability in C, VBA, Fortran, Python, or MATLAB
• Experience ramping antenna products into manufacturing
• Understanding of Passive Intermodulation (PIM) design principles
