Job Description

The Production Manager will lead daily production operations, sustain lean systems, and drive cross-functional alignment to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This role reports to the Director of Production and is located in Liverpool, NY.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations
• Manage production scheduling and staffing
• Monitor KPIs and remove bottlenecks
• Coach and develop supervisors
• Sustain and improve lean systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Lead Tier 2 meetings
• Collaborate with Planning & Logistics
• Champion JMA’s culture

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 8 years of leadership experience
• 5-8 years in production/manufacturing leadership
• Preferred certifications: CSCP, CPSD, CPSM, CPIM, Six Sigma
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Experience in team leadership and development
