Job Description

Noodle is seeking a results-driven Senior Director of Finance to lead financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support. This role partners with the CFO and senior leadership to improve financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and scalable financial operations, aligning financial strategy with the company's mission and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders
• Support business cases for new programs and partnerships
• Prepare materials for the board and executive leadership
• Provide insights on revenue, margins, and cost efficiency
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Strengthen financial systems and internal controls
• Collaborate with Accounting
• Improve workflows across procurement and spend management
• Lead, develop, and mentor a finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in corporate finance or FP&A
• Startup or high-growth company experience preferred
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Proven ability to partner with senior executives
• Excellent communication skills
