Maven is seeking a Content Marketing Lead to drive engagement and conversion towards course purchase. This full-stack role requires a senior operator who can understand buyer psychology, craft compelling narratives, and execute marketing tactics to increase GMV per active registered user. The role involves content creation, lifecycle marketing, and marketing operations, focusing on engaging professionals and showcasing the value of Maven's courses.

Responsibilities

  • Craft stories about critical skills taught in courses
  • Source and write alumni case studies
  • Ideate and execute live Lightning Lesson series
  • Edit content for instructors
  • Map prospect student journey and gather marketing insights
  • Segment and personalize communications
  • Craft automated and promotional email campaigns
  • Track and report on marketing performance
  • Manage marketing calendar across channels
  • Collaborate with instructors

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of marketing experience (product marketing, content marketing, UX, lifecycle marketing)
  • Experience with CRM programs
  • Proficiency in analytics (Amplitude, Metabase)
  • Exceptional brand and content taste
  • Strategic thinking and hands-on execution skills
  • Autonomy, speed, and high standards
  • Familiarity with the tech ecosystem
  • Experience marketing to professional audiences
