Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Director of UX Product Design to lead and scale a design team focused on creating a seamless end-to-end experience across their platform. This strategic role will define the design vision, drive operational excellence, and partner cross-functionally to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions that accelerate customer and business outcomes, with a focus on integrating AI into the design process.

Requirements

• 12+ years in Product/UX Design, 5+ years leading teams
• Proven success scaling design organizations in SaaS
• Experience leading large-scale design initiatives
• Strong systems thinking and communication skills
• Deep understanding of design operations and UX metrics
• Expertise in modern design tools and AI-driven experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design or related field
