Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/product design experience, 3+ in service/systems design
• Strong systems thinking skills
• Expertise in service design artifacts
• Skilled in qualitative/quantitative research
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent facilitation skills
• Strong visual communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to drive alignment and influence
• Strong change management skills
