Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Growth Engineer to accelerate product growth through experimentation, data analysis, and scalable technical solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize growth metrics, build scalable systems, and implement A/B testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engineering strategies for rapid experimentation
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams
• Architect and build scalable systems for growth initiatives
• Implement A/B testing frameworks and data instrumentation
• Leverage automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement
• Ensure technical excellence through best practices

Requirements

• Proficiency in full-stack development (JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, RoRm or Node.js)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
• Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics)
• Experience with A/B testing platforms
• Familiarity with growth frameworks (Pirate Metrics, viral loops)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
