Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a high-energy Director of BDR & SDRs to lead, scale, and optimize their global outbound sales development team. This role is critical for building a predictable pipeline engine and ensuring the team consistently generates high-quality meetings and pipeline aligned to revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage global BDR/SDR organization
  • Own outbound prospecting strategy
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing leadership
  • Coach and develop BDR/SDR managers and reps
  • Drive execution of outbound motions
  • Collaborate with RevOps for tracking and reporting
  • Work with Product Marketing and Demand Generation
  • Recruit, hire, and ramp BDR/SDR talent
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 6+ years in Sales Development or Revenue roles
  • 2+ years in a leadership position
  • Proven track record of scaling high-performing BDR/SDR teams
  • Strong understanding of outbound prospecting tools
  • Experience coaching managers and reps
  • Commercial mindset with pipeline understanding
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Data-driven with analytical abilities
  • Energy, resilience, and passion for team building
