Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruiting process for mid and senior-level roles within the Sales and Marketing organizations. This role involves developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience while collaborating with business leaders to hire top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for mid/senior Sales & Marketing roles
  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies
  • Conduct 20+ phone screens/week, 360 sourcing reachouts/quarter
  • Lead structured interviews and debriefs
  • Provide excellent candidate experience
  • Analyze and present market/compensation insights
  • Collaborate with business leaders
  • Utilize data and analytics to track progress
  • Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Manage recruiting autonomously
  • Partner with Finance, HR, and Compensation teams

Requirements

  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (SaaS preferred)
  • Experience in a high-growth environment
  • Strong experience working with leaders at all levels
  • Data-driven recruiting expertise
  • Familiarity with Revenue Ops and high-performing marketing teams
  • Experience with Gem and Greenhouse
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience
