Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive Time-to-Value, Onboarding, and Engagement of new and existing products. The role focuses on transforming how users learn, engage, and grow with Apollo through personalized recommendations, automation, and AI-powered guidance, ultimately increasing product fluency and long-term retention.

Responsibilities

• Define vision and strategy for Journey Experience & Automation
• Activate lifecycle intelligence through data and scoring models
• Design the learning loop with contextual education and tutorials
• Scale re-engagement through systems integration
• Drive evidence-based impact through data and experimentation
• Partner across teams for consistent experiences
• Measure and optimize key engagement metrics

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Experience with lifecycle, automation, or journey orchestration products
• Ability to translate behavioral data into engagement systems
• Growth mindset and systems-level product thinking
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills
• Deep empathy for users and a passion for their success
