Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a Head of Deal Desk to build and scale the function from the ground up. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing deal processes, balancing speed, control, and profitability, and ultimately driving efficiency across all deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or related commercial operations roles, and experience building processes in high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

  • Define Deal Desk charter
  • Design approval workflows
  • Publish playbook
  • Align deal structures with Sales & Finance
  • Establish and track KPIs
  • Provide pricing/exception insights
  • Train and enable reps
  • Act as primary POC for deal structuring
  • Build and lead a team

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or related roles
  • Experience building 0→1 processes
  • Strong Salesforce/CPQ background
  • Ability to balance speed and compliance
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Analytical mindset
