Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to own and optimize the end-to-end variable compensation process for their Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. This role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely compensation execution, driving a performance-based culture, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Own compensation tooling and systems
  • Collaborate with Finance, People Operations, and Sales leadership on compensation plans
  • Partner with data and analytics teams to validate compensation data
  • Work with implementation partners for system deployment
  • Drive continuous improvement of compensation workflows and reporting
  • Lead root cause analysis for compensation issues
  • Develop standardized processes for compensation inquiries and approvals

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in Compensation Operations
  • Proficiency with CaptivateIQ or similar tools
  • Strong data collaboration skills
  • Implementation leadership experience
  • Exceptional communication and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
