Apollo.io is seeking a highly motivated GTM Engineer to join their Revenue Operations team. This role will partner with Account Executive and Account Management teams to orchestrate outbound campaigns, increase rep productivity, and ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and thrives in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and launch outbound campaigns
• Implement and test AI features
• Maintain campaign documentation
• Set goals and drive campaign acceleration
• Ensure playbook adherence
• Manage data accuracy
• Liaise with Sales leaders
• Provide data support for sales strategies
• Configure new users and manage outbound requests
• Collaborate on deliverability best practices

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales/Revenue Operations
• Experience supporting Account Executives/Management
• Strong background in outbound campaign design
• Experience in fast-paced SaaS companies
• Exceptional collaboration, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AI sales outreach tools
