Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a GTM Enablement Manager to support Sales AEs and AMs by developing scalable enablement programs focused on driving outbound sales and upsell success. This role involves building playbooks, onboarding frameworks, training programs, and performance measurement strategies to help teams achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop playbooks and sales systems
  • Design and facilitate training programs
  • Provide sales coaching and performance optimization
  • Launch and track enablement programs

  • Drive adoption of sales tools

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Outbound Sales, Account Management, or Sales Coaching
  • Understanding of outbound sales strategies and expansion playbooks
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring enablement impact
  • Proficiency in enablement tools (LMS, Gong, Outreach, Salesforce, Apollo.io)
  • High emotional intelligence and self-motivation
  • Exceptional facilitation and content creation skills
