Apollo.io is seeking a highly motivated Senior Revenue Operations Manager to develop their Digital Customer Success program and support Onboarding/Customer Success teams. This role focuses on driving effectiveness, productivity, and scalable growth strategies within the post-sales organization, partnering with revenue teams to optimize systems and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Digital Customer Success program
• Implement a customer health score
• Standardize customer metrics and create reports
• Optimize systems integrity and data quality
• Partner with GTM teams to exceed KPIs and OKRs

Requirements

• 5+ years in Customer/Revenue Operations
• 3+ years experience with executive stakeholders
• Proficient in Salesforce, Looker, SQL, Excel
• Experience building teams
• Product-led company experience
• High-growth company experience
