Job Description

As an Account Manager within the SMB segment, you will drive expansion revenue and retention across a book of business, managing and growing relationships with existing customers to ensure they achieve desired outcomes with the platform. This is a hybrid role requiring three days in office.

Responsibilities

  • Manage entire sales process from conversation to close
  • Negotiate renewals
  • Manage inbound pipeline
  • Conduct 5+ meetings per day
  • Create 3x pipeline month over month
  • Achieve and exceed quotas
  • Tier account list for expansion and at-risk accounts
  • Communicate with Director level contacts
  • Articulate platform solutions
  • Predict deal outcomes

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience managing 500+ SMB accounts
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting targets (3+ trailing quarters)
  • Consultative selling skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability and coachability
  • Willingness to be in office 3 days per week
