Apollo.io is seeking a Business Development Representative in Austin, TX to generate top-of-funnel meetings through high-volume phone outreach. This early-career role provides training in Apollo's outreach methodologies and offers a pathway to becoming an Account Executive or Account Manager. The position requires at least 3 days/week in the office and focuses on outbound strategy, qualification, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Owning phone-first outbound outreach
  • Booking qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Driving Campaign outreach
  • Mastering call architecture and objection handling
  • Logging performance and taking coaching feedback

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in high volume calling environments
  • Proven track record of meeting activity targets
  • Experience with selling techniques and objection handling
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Coachability and openness to feedback
  • Willingness to work in office 3 days/week
