Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a Head of Sales Enablement to build and lead enablement programs across the entire go-to-market organization, including sales, post-sales, onboarding, support, and solutions. This role focuses on improving GTM team operation, sales performance, and growth through strategic initiatives, training, content development, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will be strategic, data-driven, and execution-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Design and build impactful GTM enablement programs
  • Lead and evolve programs to drive performance and productivity
  • Own senior-level partnerships with EMEA GTM leaders
  • Define and manage enablement success metrics
  • Synthesize insights from data to improve programs
  • Lead efforts to optimize GTM tools and systems
  • Create feedback loops for continuous improvement
