Job Description

The Sr. Manager, GTME (Success) leads and coaches Apollo’s Named GTM Engineers, focusing on operational leadership, forecasting accuracy, deal adherence, and process optimization to drive measurable growth for accounts. This role requires a blend of management accountability and hands-on expertise in GTM strategies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of GTM Engineers
• Enforce discipline on workflows and client deliverables
• Own the forecasting rhythm and ensure accurate reporting
• Drive accountability for hygiene and follow-through
• Inspect GTME deliverables for consistency and quality
• Partner with RevOps, Success, and Sales Leadership
• Demonstrate Apollo-native GTM builds

Requirements

• Experience running forecasts and enforcing adherence
• Coaching experience developing operators into experts
• Detail orientation and rigor in execution
• Familiarity with Apollo and modern GTM stack
• Background in sales development leadership or RevOps
