Job Description

Apollo.io is seeking a Senior Manager - Onboarding Architect to lead the post-sale experience for mid-to-high-value customers. This role involves designing and implementing onboarding processes, leading implementation efforts, and collaborating with various teams to ensure customer success and long-term value realization.

Responsibilities

• Design onboarding strategy for mid-to-high value customers
• Define roles and responsibilities for the onboarding function
• Develop training curriculum and metrics dashboards
• Execute individual contributor onboarding
• Support customer configuration and integration
• Troubleshoot integration and configuration blockers
• Conduct live sessions and maintain records
• Document playbooks and best practices
• Refine processes based on feedback and data

Requirements

• 5+ years in onboarding, implementation, or technical account management for a SaaS company
• 2+ years in a leadership role
• Experience with GTM tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, etc.)
• Strong technical acumen (API documentation, data mapping)
• Experience with mid-market to enterprise onboarding programs
• Exceptional communication skills
• Cross-functional collaboration experience
• Comfort in fast-paced environments
