Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering, and R&D to deliver value throughout the customer journey. This role focuses on technical validation, POCs, integration, and ongoing support, ensuring customers achieve peak Kubernetes efficiency with PerfectScale. The ideal candidate will be a technical problem-solver who drives adoption, retention, and long-term scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer experience and adapt the journey
  • Build expertise in the technology and establish best practices
  • Manage customer portfolio and foster relationships
  • Cultivate connections at all organizational levels
  • Plan quarterly business reviews and internal account assessments
  • Create tailored Success Plans and lead Business Reviews
  • Ensure customers achieve objectives and demonstrate success
  • Act as customer advocate internally
  • Support internal operations

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer success, account management, consulting, or software sales experience
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Hunter mindset
  • Data-driven and organized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Experience with Success Plans
  • Ability to interact with enterprise customer teams
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to create compelling business cases
  • Fluent in English
