Job Description

DoiT is seeking an experienced Manager, Partner Success to manage partner relationships, build out the partner program, and define team operations and scaling strategies. This role involves driving partner program metrics, delivering training, acting as the voice of the partner, and collaborating with various internal teams to expand the partner footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partner relationships and customer journey
  • Drive partner program metrics (growth, support, cost)
  • Deliver partner training
  • Provide partner feedback to internal teams
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Develop partner program playbooks and processes
  • Develop partner training materials
  • Define and track partner program KPIs
  • Build a Partner Success hiring strategy
  • Define job responsibilities and metrics for the team
  • Collaborate with GTM teams on partner messaging
  • Participate in meetings with potential partners
  • Assist with demos and evaluations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner success/leading partner programs in SaaS
  • Executive presence and influencing skills
  • Cross-functional experience with sales, product, marketing, customer success, and finance
  • Project/program management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
