Job Description

DoiT is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, onboard them to their FinOps platform, and drive mutual success. This role involves enablement, ongoing engagement, and acting as the voice of the partner within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partner relationships
  • Onboard channel partners
  • Deliver partner enablement sessions
  • Facilitate partner sync cadence
  • Monitor partner engagement metrics
  • Act as voice of the partner
  • Manage and escalate issues
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Channel Partner Management (SaaS)
  • Executive presence and influencing skills
  • Cross-functional experience with sales, product, marketing, and finance
  • Project/program management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
