Job Description

Episode Six is seeking a Sales Director to join their US team. The role focuses on sourcing, managing, and closing new business development opportunities within the financial institutions and fintech/card issuing space, while also nurturing existing client relationships and contributing to overall sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, managing, and closing new business development opportunities
  • Developing and managing client relationships
  • Identifying business opportunities with existing clients
  • Assisting in developing sales strategies and materials
  • Coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience selling into Financial Institutions and fintech/card issuing space
  • Proven experience in payments or issuer processing technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Knowledge of payments products and technology
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tooling
