Episode Six is seeking a Financial & Business Analyst to support their financial planning, reporting, and decision-making processes. This role offers an early-career professional hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-growth fintech environment, collaborating cross-functionally to deliver insights and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining financial models
• Analyze financial data to identify trends
• Prepare financial reports and dashboards
• Track key performance indicators
• Support variance analysis
• Contribute to the month-end close process
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses
• Improve financial processes and reporting efficiency

Requirements

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in finance, banking, or consulting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency
• Familiarity with FP&A tools is a plus
• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced PowerPoint proficiency
