Job Description

The Professional Services Consultant will work with top customers to implement and configure Relyance AI integrations, providing product expertise and ensuring successful implementation of product configurations and integrations. This role involves scoping, designing, deploying products, and providing technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Scoping, designing, and deploying Relyance products
• Consulting with customers to understand implementation and solve pain points
• Providing technical thought leadership and best practices
• Providing internal and customer status reports
• Troubleshooting errors and assisting with solution deployment

Requirements

• Experience with installation, integration, and deployment of SaaS technologies
• Experience with public cloud providers (AWS, Google, Azure)
• Experience developing and operationalizing project plans
• Understanding of Linux, Docker, virtual machines, APIs, and IAM (SAML, Okta, AzureAD)
• Experience with Agile development methods
• Understanding of Privacy ecosystems and requirements
• High emotional intelligence
