Job Description

Relyance AI is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of their next-generation data and AI security offerings. This role involves shaping the product roadmap, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable and trustworthy solutions for protecting sensitive data in AI environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Data & AI Security roadmap
• Understand customer needs and workflows
• Translate strategy into product requirements
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle
• Collaborate with Engineering, GTM, Marketing, Executives, and Customers
• Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• 3+ years in Data, Cloud, or AI Security
• Knowledge of agentic AI systems
• Understanding of AI security risks
• Ability to translate technical needs into product outcomes
• Technical fluency with APIs, data systems, or AI applications
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills
• Outcome-driven mindset
