Job Description

Life360 is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager to own the Long-Range Planning process and provide critical support for Investor Relations and Strategic Finance. This role requires strong analytical skills, executive communication, and the ability to translate complex financial scenarios into compelling narratives, working closely with senior leadership and across various functions.

Responsibilities

• Support Strategic Finance, Investor Relations, Long-Range Planning, and Corporate Development
• Develop and refine Life360's Long-Range Plan
• Partner with stakeholders to develop investor presentations
• Prepare Board of Directors & Executive presentations
• Perform financial analysis and modeling
• Support monthly cash flow forecasting
• Collaborate across various Life360 groups
• Maintain attention to detail in financial modeling and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate development
• Experience building and maintaining complex financial models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Advanced Excel & modeling skills
• Familiarity with fast-paced environments
